Since its establishment in 1991, SYNAXON AG has grown into Europe’s largest IT association of companies with more than 2,600 independent partners. With the brands AKCENT, iTeam, Microtrend and PC-Spezialist, SYNAXON covers both the B2B and the B2C segments. The target groups are IT retailers and system vendors to whom SYNAXON offers an extensive package of services: the use of a purchasing platform, attractive purchasing conditions, diverse marketing services, sales support, reasonably priced parcel shipping and training courses.
SYNAXON’s goal is to create added value for partners and its contract suppliers in order to generate long-range growth and further expand its position in the highly competitive IT market.
For years now, we have been making a crucial contribution to the completion of SYNAXON’s portfolio by offering an easy-to-use, innovative central processing solution that includes del credere protection.
The complex invoicing system forms the basis of bundled processing for partners’ creditworthiness-linked payment schedules. As a financial service provider who works independently of banks and partnerships, we enjoy the highest level of trust among suppliers in our role as a del credere provider.
To meet the special, sector-specific needs of all participants, we adapt the latest IT systems to the requirements of customers and the market. Participants appreciate the lean invoicing processes and our long years of sector knowledge. Predetermined points of contact make customers feel that they are being well advised even when dealing with sensitive credit-history subjects and that they can jointly work out flexible solutions. Through simplified, secure payment transactions, SYNAXON offers partners and suppliers high added value and creates the freedom it needs to further develop alliance-related issues.

Central activities
- Developing and introducing an accounting and invoicing system for bundled payment processing between partners and suppliers with pre-determined payment times
- Developing a credit-history system to provide adequate purchasing limits and set the individual payment periods of at least an average of 30 days for partners
- Setting up an online portal for participants that offers information about booking transactions and payment times, including the processing function
- Implementing a dele credere concept with 100 percent default protection for suppliers
- Developing and issuing reports
